PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

KOVA K-261 EXTERIOR PAINT is a type of Pure Acrylic coating outdoor, completely tropical, very suitable for hot and humid climate of Vietnam. Used for waterproofing and outdoor decoration, suitable for many types of surfaces of all civil and industrial construction.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Surface applied

The exterior surfaces of concrete, mortar and cement walls after plastering, flexible mastic are used for leveling and are coated with Anti-Alkali Resistant Primer.

Direct application on exterior surface of concrete, mortar and cement walls after waterproofing CT-11A Plus Walls and Anti-Alkali Exterior Primers.

Dry thickness

40-60µm (for one coat) under normal construction conditions

Theoretical norms

4.0 - 5.0m² / kg for 2 classes. Depending on construction requirements, surface and construction techniques.

CONSTRUCTION GUIDE

Surface preparation

• New walls: must dry and stabilize the texture (minimum 12-15 days) and remove dirt.
• Old walls: must be scrapped off grease, moss, old paint layers, lime then wash thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
• On the surface of mortar mortar and plaster, it is required to apply Anti-Alkali Exterior Primer.
• On waterproof surface KOVA CT-11A Plus Wall, can be directly covered.
• On the surface of flexible plaster or mastic, clean dust. After that, it is imperative to apply Khang Mai Exterior Primer.

Construction

• Step 1: Add fresh water depending on the ratio of volume, temperature and humidity: 5-15% water.
• Step 2: Apply 2 coats of K-265. Each class is 3-4 hours apart.
