SURFACE TREATMENT
+Remove all rust and old paint film with a wire brush, steel plate, fine sandpaper.
+ Remove oil and grease with gasoline or an appropriate solvent. Wipe out dirt.
+ Ensure that the surface to be painted is dry and clean before painting.
CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION
1. Relative humidity <75%
2. The surface temperature of the material to be painted> 3 ° C above the dew point
3. Ambient temperature: 20 - 40ºC
3. Construction method: spray gun, brush or roller
4. Metal surface treatment before coating: clean and dry
5. Diluent: Xylene or Toluene
Dilution ratio:
• Spray gun: can dilute 10-20% more diluent.
• Brush, roller: can be diluted but not more than 10% diluent.

NOTES:
• The thicker the paint film is, the longer it takes to dry to the surface and harden, the paint film is very soft, easy to scratch, the quality and protection of paint film decreases.
• In the rainy season, to ensure construction conditions, paint must be done in a covered, dry place. It is best to execute when the weather is sunny.
• Paint film during and after painting process should keep dry. Avoid water, rain, other liquid splashing into the paint film, to avoid the film pitting, slow drying surface, paint film is soft, easy to peel off.
• Notes when using gasoline or kerosene as paint thinner:
1. Gasoline, kerosene sold on the market sometimes mixed with other impurities, such as water, lubricant, ... when used as paint thinners will reduce the ability to protect the surface to be painted, paint film Can be long-lasting, soft, dry, non-flat film surface that is easy to peel off.
2. If only kerosene is used as a paint thinner, the dilution rate is:
›Spray gun: not suitable for use.
›Brush, roller: can be diluted by not more than 10% (Using paint kerosene for long time drying, using more kerosene to reduce coverage of paint film)
3. If only gasoline is used as a paint thinner, the dilution rate is:
›Spray gun: can be further diluted by 10 - 20%
›Brush, roller: can be diluted no more than 10%
