PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High-quality KOVA HydroProof CT-04^TM outdoor paint with formula from Pure Acrylic and modified Silicon, prevents the penetration of water from outside into the paint film, prevents the formation of cracks * on new paint film and covers the marks * cracking * is available on old paint film.

KOVA HydroProof CT-04^TM protective film with premium waterproof and extremely high elastic properties protects the wall against external water ingress. At the same time, the paint is perfectly elastic with superior adhesion, limiting and covering cracks *, making the wall surface durable and new.

*Apply with crow's feet cracks. It is necessary to use specialized waterproofing CT-14 for large cracks or CT-05 for flow cracks.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Surface applied

Outdoor surfaces of concrete walls, cement mortars after using KOVA's recommended product system in the following order: Waterproof CT-11A Plus Wall, KOVA outdoor flexible plaster / mastic and alkali resistant primer KOVA outdoors.

Theoretical surface drying time

30 minutes, depending on weather conditions.

CONSTRUCTION GUIDE

Surface preparation

• Old walls must be scrapped off grease, moss, old paint, lime then wash thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
• New walls must be dry and structurally stable (minimum 12-15 days). Clean the dirt.
• If you need to level the wall, use Putty / Mastic Plasticizer.
• Mortar surface must be applied to Alkali Resistant Primers before topcoating.
• To prevent seepage of walls, CT-11A Plus Wall is recommended.

Construction

Step 1: Add clean water (absolutely does not contain cement) to give a thick consistency depending on temperature and humidity

• Pale color - white: add 10-15% water.
• Dark color: mix 0-5% water because dark paint is more liquid than light color - white.
• Stir again for homogeneous paint.

Step 2: Apply primer surface with 2 coats of paint. Each class is 3-4 hours apart.

NOTE

Surface preparation

• High gloss paint should limit patching because it can cause color deviations. Roll back one layer if needed.
• Stir the paint evenly during construction.
