Paint Rock Art - Art Stone also known as imitation stone paint, it is synthesized from mineral materials and Thickeners thickens Polyurethane, forming close bonds with Silicon derivatives. KOVA art stone paint is extremely diverse in types, used both indoors and outdoors.
Art stone paint has been completely tropicalized, very suitable for the hot and humid climate of Vietnam, very suitable for decorating walls, columns, ceilings of architectural works that require high aesthetic.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Surface applied
The surface of concrete wall, cement mortar, waterproofing after using KOastic mastic to level and primer.
Dry thickness
The thickness when dry is 400-500 µm (per coat) under normal construction conditions.
Theoretical norms
0.7 - 1.0 m2 / kg (for 1 coat). Depending on construction requirements, surface and construction techniques
CONSTRUCTION GUIDE
Surface preparation
New walls: Must be dry and stable structures (minimum 12-15 days). Clean the dirt.
Old walls have to scrape off grease, moss, old paint layers, lime. Then wash thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
Construction of fake stone paint
Apply one to two layers of waterproofing KOVA CT-11A Plus Wall (if the wall is soaked).
Application of 2 layers of KOVA flexible plastic to smooth the surface.
Flexible plastic mastic surfaces must be clean of dust. Then it is imperative to apply KOVA alkali resistant primer.
Use spray gun or spread plaster to paint art stone on the wall.
Use a roller to dip clean water with rollers to smooth the surface of stone paint. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours and then rinse with sandpaper.

NOTE
Avoid contact with water for 8 hours after finishing.
If the surface of the wall is flat and beautiful, not covered with eyelids, it is not necessary to level with mastic, just need to apply alkali resistant primer, the higher the product's durability.
The beauty of the paint film is highly dependent on the stone paint technique.
Drying time depends on ventilation, ambient temperature and paint thickness.
Use up all paint when mixed with water.
Clean tools with clean water immediately after use.

Working environment must be well ventilated. Wearing mask gloves and eye protection during construction. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention. Please refer to the latest technical and safety documentation before use.
