PROCESS OF BUILDING PACKAGE PACKAGE
Step 1: Receive information from customers

Step 2: Conduct a practical survey and contact with the Company's architects and engineers
- Engineers and Architects will directly meet and collect information related to the work, field surveys.
- Exchange and capture customer needs, advice on services and construction processes of the company.

Step 3: Sign the design contract
- After understanding the capacity and accepting the price list along with the Company's processes. Customers will sign a design contract to proceed to the stages: preliminary design and technical design.

Step 4: Implementation of Design consultancy with Architects
- After signing the design contract, the architect will perform the professional work with you.
- Answering professional questions for customers, the company will provide drawings and instructions for building permits
- The company will design a preliminary plan: the performance ground and the perspective of the work's facade and adjust according to the investor's opinion (if any) for the investor's approval.

Step 5:Technical design construction drawings
After the investor approves the plan of the ground and the perspective of the facade, the Company will deploy construction drawings including architecture, structure, electricity and water and communication system.

Step 6: Receive the design documents and sign the construction contract
- After completing the technical design stage, customers perform procedures for handing over documents, and contact the construction consulting department to receive information to prepare for the construction.
- The cost estimation unit will separate the detailed volume and make a table of construction cost estimates. This estimate is the basis for signing a construction contract.

Step 7: Contract performance and Construction Supervision
- Preparing human, materials, construction machines and human resources to prepare for construction.
- Perform construction works in accordance with the content of the contract.
- During the construction process, the company will provide a monitoring team to serve your works with the following components: Architects, Structural Engineers, Water and Electric Engineers and Ministries other support department
Step 8: Complete and liquidate the contract
- Making construction completion documents
- Minutes of acceptance and handover of the works put into use
- Liquidation of the contract according to the signed contents
Step 9: Warranty works
